It's easy

For individuals, joining MyCarClub (by Charter Drive) is quick and easy and only takes a day or two. For companies to join, it's even easier - just call us and we do all the rest.

Individuals need a MyCarClub account, a direct debit set up and a member-card/swipe-card (for more details about how the card works, have a look at the induction video.)

To start the process, simply sign up on line. You will be asked for a user name and password. Make a note of these, as you will need them again to make bookings once you’re a member. 

Once your account and direct debit have been set up, we send you a member-card in the post. Once you have your card you can start using the cars.

It is important to note that MyCarClub uses a third-party professional payment service provider - Ezidebit in Milton, Queensland - to process your payments: all your credit card (or bank account) details are not accessible via the MyCarClub booking site. All that information is registered on another, completely separate, secure site.
